Capture a mood or feeling at any time throughout the day (first thing in the morning, middle of the day, or the end of the day) to be more in tune with not only why you consumed a particular food but also how your mood/feelings changed.
This will allow for a deeper understanding of how your emotions play a role in food choices and other activities throughout the day.
Reflections can be accessed by tapping on "+" in the bottom Navigation bar. When adding a feeling and tapping save, it will be displayed on your Path as an icon amongst all the other meals.
To review your Reflection, tap on the icon on your path. You can also view your reflection in a PDF export or at the bottom of the Daily Recap.
