It’s super easy to get started – you can sync your sleep data directly with Apple Health, or simply add it manually. Once you do, you’ll see your sleep insights neatly lined up on your path with all your other journal entries. Cool, right?
For those rocking a wearable like an Apple Watch, we’ve got something extra for you. If your device shares sleep stage data with Apple Health, we’ll grab that too, giving you an even deeper look into your sleep patterns. It’s perfect for those who love diving into the nitty-gritty details!
And there’s more – check out Insights for some handy graphs showing your sleep trends over time. We’re working on adding even more graphs to give you a clearer picture of your progress. Stay tuned!
