Yes, if a client is done working with you, they can continue using Ate and pick right back up where they left off!

If a client was using Ate through your coaching membership and decides to continue on their own after your coaching ends, they can simply subscribe to a personal Ate plan to keep access to their account and data.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Coach Disconnects from Client:

    • Once you remove a client from your Coach Dashboard, they will no longer have free access to Ate through your coaching subscription.

  2. Client Chooses a Personal Subscription:

    • When they open the Ate app after being removed, they will see an option to subscribe.

    • They can choose a plan that works for them directly within the app through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  3. Their Data Remains Intact:

    • All meals, journal entries, and progress will still be available in their account.

    • They can continue using Ate just as they did before—now under their own subscription.

Important Notes:

  • Clients do not need to create a new account—everything stays the same; they just need to activate their own subscription.

  • If they don’t subscribe, their account will remain, but they won’t be able to log meals or access any features of the Ate app.

This ensures a seamless transition, so your clients can continue their journey without losing any of their progress!
