The Ate Coach Dashboard and the Ate App are designed to complement each other, giving health professionals, like yourself, the tools you need to work efficiently with clients and support their progress toward healthier eating habits.

Ate Coach Dashboard:

  • Designed for Professionals: The Ate Coach Dashboard is tailored for health coaches, nutritionists, and other wellness professionals who work with clients. It’s a desktop platform that provides a comprehensive overview of your clients' eating patterns and habits.

  • Bigger Picture Overview: On the dashboard, you can view detailed insights, trends, and the emotional connections your clients have with their meals. It allows you to view progress over time, monitor their food journals, and review their entries in a way that’s more organized and easy to manage on a larger screen.

  • Client Management: You can access all your clients in one place, check their meal logs, leave feedback, and review the data to provide more tailored advice.

  • Desktop Access: As a web-based tool, the dashboard is perfect for when you're working from your computer, allowing you to dive deeper into client data.

Ate App:

  • Client-Focused: The Ate App is what your clients use to log their meals and reflect on their eating habits. It’s a mobile-friendly app they can easily use throughout their day to track food, emotions, and habits.

  • On-the-Go Insights: For you as a coach, the Ate App can serve as a quick check-in tool. You can view your clients’ meals and message them directly via the app while you're away from your desk. It’s great for sending quick encouragement or feedback when you're on the move.

  • Quick Messaging: The app allows you to stay connected to your clients in real-time, whether you're reviewing a meal they just journaled or sending a quick message of support or advice.

How They Work Together:

  • Comprehensive Dashboard + Mobile Flexibility: Use the Ate Coach Dashboard for in-depth analysis and management of client progress, while the Ate App gives you the flexibility to stay connected and review client activity on the go. Both tools work seamlessly to give you the full picture and help you support your clients in a more effective and convenient way.

By combining both, you’ll have the power to provide hands-on support with flexibility, helping your clients stay consistent with their healthy eating habits while allowing you to manage and guide them effortlessly.

Coach using the Ate app to Journal too:

And one last bit, as a coach using the Ate Coach Dashboard, you also get free access to the Ate App to journal your own meals. This allows you to experience the app firsthand while tracking your own eating habits. Within the Dashboard, you have the flexibility to either share your meal journal with clients for added transparency and inspiration, or you can keep it private for personal use.

Turn this On or Off by going to the Dashboard > Settings > Client Experience > Who can see my path?

This gives you full control over how you engage with the platform, whether you're using it to connect with clients or simply for your own mindful eating journey.
