Ate allows seamless syncing with Apple Health for tracking beverages, movement, sleep, and measurements. This syncs both ways, so data from Apple Health-connected trackers or apps will also appear in your Ate Path.

Track your steps in Apple Health, and they will automatically sync to Ate for easy monitoring of your daily activity.

Track your mindful minutes in Apple Health, and they will automatically sync to Ate to monitor your mindfulness practice.
