To add movement, this can be done by tapping on "+ Capture" in the bottom Navigation bar. A movement can be selected from the list, in addition to the duration, and a note can be added if you would like to. If this movement is completed often, this specific duration and movement can be accessed quickly with the "Quick Add" section found at the bottom.
It is also possible to enable syncing with Apple Health. If other trackers are also being used to save activities in Apple Health, these will also sync to your Path.
To edit the date, duration, or movement, this can be changed by tapping on the movement icon on your Path.
To delete, tap on the movement icon to enlarge it, and in the upper right corner, the three dots will allow you to delete the movement.
