Time of Day Chart

Curious to see when you usually eat?
Check out this heatmap-style chart to see when you ate most of your meals on different days of the week for the past 30 days.

Understanding the heatmap:

Early: 3am - 7am
Morning: 7am - 11am
Midday: 11am - 2pm
Afternoon: 2pm - 5pm
Evening: 5pm - 9pm
Late: 9pm - 3am

How do we calculate this?
We broke the day out into time blocks, gathered the timestamp for all your tracked meals for that day over the 30 days, and then colored the blocks depending on what % of the meals that day fell into that block.

Why is this useful?
Visualizing your daily routine this way can have many benefits. It can help you:

  • Build a consistent daily routine

  • Avoid late-night snacks

  • Stick to your fasting schedule

  • Spread the time between your meals out more

Would love to hear from you about anything interesting you uncover using this chart.
