How to Use Pre-Set Questions in Ate

Ate includes a variety of pre-set questions designed to help guide you on your mindful eating journey. These questions are there to assist you in reflecting on your food choices and habits. You can use them if they are relevant to you, or turn them off if they are not. Remember, Ate is all about personalizing your journey towards better eating habits!

However, please note that some of the pre-set questions are not editable. For example, the "How am I feeling?" question with emojis cannot be changed. This question is intended to help you quickly and easily log your emotional state in relation to your meals.

Interpreting the "How am I feeling?" Question in Ate

The "How am I feeling?" question on Ate is intentionally open-ended to accommodate various aspects of your health and wellness journey. This question can be interpreted in several ways, depending on what you find most relevant to your goals.
